Ok... I don't think many people know about this... Why am I using this complicated Chinese phrase as the title of my blog twice? How is it related to me? Well, for those who don't know... My new Chinese name pronounces as 'qi lin' ('奇霖')... Which sounds exactly the same as the two words above in my title... The meaning of 麒麟 is actually a holy creature in Chinese myth... English known as Qilin which is directly translated from Mandarin while Kylin for Japanese and Kirin for Korean... Qilin is believed to be a good omen that brings serenity and prosperity... This chimerical creature is said to be a punisher, that punishes only the wicked...
Still cant get why i chose it? Other than the name part, it is mainly because it symbolizes strong and excellent characteristics... On which are what we should be aiming after... And moreover, it is COOOOOOL!Why 'oF'?
Because it sounds right grammatically... HAHAHA...
Why 'R3b0rN'?
For noobs, R3b0rN=Reborn... Firstly it is because of the new blog... New environment... New background... Everything's new... Hence, it is like a reborn... Other than that, it is about a latest discovery of mine... That I am not good enough... For those who don't know Chinese, sorry, you probably will never understand what I am going to tell... As in my previous blog, my blog title is about Qilin swimming in a pool... Which actually signify that I am "终非池中物"... Outstanding in short... But lately I found out that those pros, those goods, those advantages, those excellence I once discover about myself... Are just too insignificant... Way, way, way too far from what and who I should be and achieve in the future... Hence, time to change n REBORN... I am currently trying to actually make my life more well-arranged... Just hope it works for the sake of everything... Amen@Amitabha....
Why 'ColdGodTnT'?
It is not in the title but the url of my blog... Weird huh? This should be seperated into "Why Cold?" "Why God?" "Why TnT?"... These three are actually my names in several fields... Nick names actually... Cold, comes from 'Cold Prince'... Which is created by one of my best friends Jinn Shian, JPA scholar in Russia... Believe me that he is not praising me actually... It is all about my jokes and style of talking... In Chinese, we actually name lame jokes as cold jokes... 冷笑话... So maybe I am Lame Prince... Haha... Whatever... Next, why God? It has nothing to do with Christianity, since I am a free thinker... It is a name that i created few years back while I was playing a MMORPG (Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game) named Ragnarok Online, I like the character Hunter pretty much... Which leads me to use the name 'God of Hunt'... Was just trying to be the best...Hehe... I like this name because it is COOL... So i keep it in the combination... Then, TnT... Why TnT? This is not a new question actually... As I have been using this name as my display name for N years d... But why? There are several reasons... Just wanna tell a few of them here... The first one would be because of several idols of mine have their name start with the alphabet 'T'... e.g. Thiery Henry, Terry Lin... And my English name which I started using since I was still a kid , which is also self-created... Is Tommy... (Though somebody is complaining it sounds like kid's name... XD)Then, the next reason is probably because it looks like a sad emoticon, like someone crying, it suits my feeling while i created this nickz... Then then, TNT is actually TriNitroTouluene... A type of dynamite... Sounds COOL... And in addition I am a science student... Doesn't it make sense that I have a scientific name ? Lolz... And especially people actually name me after Touluene(Methylbenzene) during Chemistry class... So, how can I not use this name when there are actually so many reasons to support? There are more actually, not going to tell though... :-)
